We are dealing with popular and well known brands in North India named Korness, Pu One. Last 10 years, our industry has achieved great success and identity well in the market. In 2004, we had production capacity of 2500 pairs per day only but today, it has increased to 7000-9000 pairs per day. In 2004, after gaining popularity in home state U.P. , we move to other states also. The delivery time of footwear takes place in the shortest time. We believe that our greatest strength lies within our staff and distributors.

1. Five Pu-pouring machines with production capacity of 30-40 thousand pairs per day:

Pu-pouring machines:

This is simpler process to manufacture shoes. The basic principle involved in this technology is the mixing of two liquid chemicals, Polyol and Isocyanate. In this process using a mixing head the liquid mixture is poured at low pressure into an Open Type Aluminum Mould.

Polyurethane is a polymer commonly used for producing insoles, midsoles or outsoles in the footwear industry. PU is used since it´s generally lightweight, has good abrasion resistance and is very flexible. PU soles are light and abrasion resistant¸ which makes it perfect for manufacturing of hard-wearing shoes. This sole material comes with long-term mechanical properties and is water resistant too. Shoes made up of PU soles are flexible, comfortable and easy to wear. This creates a very strong bond between the outsole and shoe. Thus, we have 5 Pu-pouring machines which produce 30 thousand to 40 thousand pairs per day because our first priority is our customer’s flexibility.

2. Two Eva Injection machine with production capacity of 5-7 thousand pairs per day:

Eva Injection machines:

Now, more than ever before, injection-moulded EVA foam is being used in a wide variety of industries. EVA foam is a type of closed-cell foam that has a fine cell structure and high level of cell cross linking. It is exceptionally suited for injection moulding.

EVA stands for Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate. That is an elastomeric polymer that produces materials which are "rubber-like" in softness and flexibility. It is a plastic made by combining ethylene and vinyl acetate to create rubber like properties which can be used for shoe soles.

Injection moulding is one of the many processes adopted for shoe manufacture. Injection moulding of shoes with rubber as soling material by vulcanization process is very popular. It attained popularity during the early 1960's when PVC followed by PU were developed for use as soling materials. EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate) has rubber-like properties but tends to be softer than rubber, which means lesser padding and more flexibility.

EVA soles are resistant to corrosion caused by sea water, fats, oil, or chemicals (certain types of rubber degrade quickly when in contact with oil). It is also considered safe and environmentally friendly, due to its anti-bacterial and non-toxic properties. It is also relatively non-polluting. EVA provides the best shock-absorbing qualities, which is why big-brand shoe makers like to use it. It is light, very flexible, and has high elasticity. Plus, it can take almost any colour. When it comes to outsoles and a direct comparison to synthetic rubbers, EVA is great too.

That’s why we have EVA injection machine for manufacturing 5 thousand to 7 thousand pairs per day and it’s totally flexible, waterproof and more reliable and safer than rubber.

3. Two PVC sole making machine with production capacity of 5-6 thousand pairs per day:

PVC sole making machine:

PVC, Polyvinyl Chloride is a plastic polymer widely used in things from shower curtains, water pipes to soles for footwear. PVC Soles are mainly done with direct injection process but can also be made as PVC foam boards which are calendared and cut. It has good flexing and abrasion resistance at a low cost. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a strong, inexpensive polymer often used as a component in uppers and outsoles. It's most famous for the plastic piping of the same name, but additives turn that sturdy plumbing staple into a flexible, inexpensive rubber substitute.

The PVC soles are highly durable, provide insulation, resist water and abrasion. PVC shoe soles do not tear or break easily if they are produced with the correct PVC compound. The material's strength makes it long-lasting, so people who buy the shoes get to wear them for extended periods. We, our industry is manufacturing 5 thousand to 6 thousand pairs per day from our PVC sole making machine which is highly comfortable for our dear customers.

4. Two Rubber sheet machine with capacity of 2000-2500 Sheets per day:

Rubber sheet machine:

Rubber is a versatile material and widely used for sole production. It has sought after abilities, such as good abrasion resistance, good flexing and cushioning effects. It has a long history in outsole production and many synthetic solutions aim to imitate rubber in different ways. Our industry has 2 rubber sheet machine which has capacity of making 2000 to 2500 sheets per day.
